It depends. When you add your contact to the system, you choose how often you should be in contact with them. For example, if you add Sarah and choose that you want to be reminded when you haven't communicated for 30 days, once 30 days have passed, you'd receive a daily reminder until you've made contact with her. So, you only get an email when it's necessary to get an email and that depends on how you set your account up.
No, you receive one email with a list of contacts that you need to email. You choose how often you receive this email and at what time of the day.
Yes, you may silence a notification for a specific client or customer for however long you would like. Once that time period is up, your contact will appear in the reminders again.
Unfortunately, not yet, this is only for Google-related email (Gmail / Google Workspace) currently.
